Harvest on the Promenade × Once Upon a Farm Giveaway

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by Harvest on the Promenade LLC (“Sponsor”), in partnership with Once Upon a Farm (“Prize Provider”).

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of Sponsor and Prize Provider are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins October 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time and ends October 18, 2026 at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, participants may enter by completing the giveaway entry form accessible through the QR code displayed at Harvest on the Promenade. No purchase or event ticket purchase is necessary to enter. Limit one entry per person.

Prize: Two (2) winners will each receive a six-month supply of Once Upon a Farm snacks, consisting of one box of Once Upon a Farm snacks per month for six (6) months. Products included in each box may vary and will be selected by Once Upon a Farm based on product availability.

Approximate Retail Value $400 per prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at the discretion of the Prize Provider.

Winner Selection: Two (2) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 19, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: Potential winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with their entry. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize Fulfillment & Shipping: Once Upon a Farm is solely responsible for fulfillment and shipping of the prizes directly to the winners. Winners may be required to provide a valid U.S. shipping address and other information reasonably necessary for prize delivery.

Harvest on the Promenade LLC will not be responsible for the selection of products, shipping, delivery, delays, lost or damaged shipments, product substitutions, availability or other fulfillment matters handled by Once Upon a Farm, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Taxes: Winners are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly included in the prize.

Privacy: Information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, select and contact potential winners and facilitate prize fulfillment. Information necessary for prize fulfillment may be provided to Once Upon a Farm.

Any consent to receive promotional or marketing communications will be separate from entry into the giveaway and is not required to enter or win.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted through automated means or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the administration, security or fairness of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway, which are final to the extent permitted by law.

Release of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Harvest on the Promenade LLC, Once Upon a Farm, NTC Foundation/Liberty Station, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
